Hamd House Nursery – Bordesley Green

Our pupils

There are currently 150 children on nursery premises who are within the early years age group.

Children with special educational needs or disabilities are supported extremely well. Staff work very closely with parents and outside agencies, such as Local Child Development Centres and our City Council Area SENCOs to ensure that the correct support package is tailor made for each child in our care.

The staff employed to work with children include qualified teachers, graduates and level 3 qualified nursery practitioners.

Travel Information

The nursery takes pride in promoting healthier modes of travel in order to reduce traffic congestion and pollution in the local area. Hence we encourage all parents and staff to travel to nursery via sustainable modes of travel, for example walking, cycling or using the local buses. To ensure traffic flows smoothly, there is a one way traffic system put in place in the nursery car park which parents can use to drop off and pick up children. All parents have to use the nursery car park for dropping off and picking up children. Parents are not to park on Bordesley Green Road.  We would like to thank all parents and staff for supporting the nursery in achieving healthier outcomes for all. Further information about travel has been uploaded.
